Don and Sue Foltz began clowning more than ten years ago as Happy and Rosebud. They began doing clown ministry in their church in Pennsylvania and soon had trained up a troupe of seven clowns, five of which were senior citizens. The troupe clowned in many churches doing programs for VBS Programs, mother-daughter banquets, appreciation banquets, as well as visitation in local hospital and nursing homes. They also participated in many community activities and parades.

Don and Sue have trained extensively under the teaching of many Barnum and Bailey trained clowns as well as professional Christian clowns at clown camps in Tennessee, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio and Georgia. They have taught in workshops and Creative Arts Conferences in Pennsylvania before moving to Ohio. Since moving to Ohio, they have trained up a clown troupe at the church they attend in Columbus.
